Our Cluster leader decide on the theme of the event that aligns with our goals. Approach with the schools and get permission from the officials to conduct the event. As per their convenient fix the date and time for the event.

Event Declaration

Concerned cluster leader upload the committed event details in our website. Once event details are uploaded in website all the registered volunteers get notification about the event automatically.

Volunteers Consent

Which event date and time is convenient to the dedicated volunteer, they send consent to conduct the event effectively.

Event Preparedness

Cluster leader and members arrange for equipment, supplies and other things required for the event.

Execution of Event

Demonstrate for both disassemble and assemble processes of equipment include step-by-step guides and explanations of each component.

Set up the online platform for hosting training by the volunteer to inspire the students and foster their curiosity.
